Use Of PE Protective Film

PE protective film is based on special polyethylene (PE) plastic film. It can be divided into high density polyethylene protective film, medium density polyethylene protective film and low density polyethylene protective film according to different density. The greatest advantage of PE protective film is that the protected products are not polluted, corroded, scratched in the process of production, processing, transportation, storage and use, and the original bright surface is protected, so as to improve the product quality and market competitiveness.

Purpose of PE protective film:

1. Hardware industry: computer case, galvanized sheet stamping, aluminium plate, stainless steel plate, titanium plate, plastic plate, glass plate, solar panel and so on.

2. Photoelectric industry: LCD LCD, backlight, cold film, film switch, mobile phone screen and so on.


3. Plastic industry: ABS, PP injection products, PVC sheets, acrylic panels, meters, plastic lenses, spray paint surface protection and so on.


4. Printing industry: PVC, PC board, aluminium board, film and other printing nameplate surface protection and so on.


5. Wire and cable industry: the protection of axle-mounted copper wire, semi-finished products, finished products and winding products can effectively prevent dust pollution, oxidation and dirt pollution.


6. Electronics industry, in production, generally used to protect finished and semi-finished products, in the pipeline is not easy to scratch and damage!

The main components of PE protective film according to viscous force are as follows:

Ultra-low mucus protective film, low mucus protective film, medium and low mucus protective film, medium mucus protective film, high mucus protective film and ultra-high mucus protective film

1. Ultra-low viscous protective film (i.e. slightly low viscous):


Characteristic: Thickness (> 0.03mm + 0.003), Width (< 1.3), High (100-1500), Substrate (PE), Peeling Strength (< 5g/cm), Temperature Resistance (60), Tensile Rate (>400)


Usage: Easy to use, easy to stick and tear, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for organic plates, instruments, display screens, glass lenses, plastic lenses, etc.


2. low viscosity protective film


Characteristic: Thickness (> 0.03mm + 0.003), Width (< 1.3), High (100-1000m), Substrate (PE), Peeling Strength (10-20g/cm), Temperature Resistance (60), Tensile Rate (>400)


Usage: Stable adhesion, good adhesion, good peeling performance, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for steel mirror plate, titanium metal, smooth plastic plate, silk printing, nameplate, etc.


3. Protective Medium and Low Viscosity Film


Characteristic: Thickness (> 0.03mm + 0.003), Width (< 1.3), High (100-1000m), Substrate (PE), Peeling Strength (30-50g/cm), Temperature Resistance (60), Tensile Rate (>400)


Usage: Stable adhesion, good adhesion, good peeling performance, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for furniture Polaroid, stainless steel plate, ceramic tile, marble, artificial stone, etc.


4. medium viscosity protective film


Characteristic: Thickness (> 0.05mm + 0.003), Width (< 1.3), High (100-1000m), Substrate (PE), Peeling Strength (60-80g/cm), Temperature Resistance (60), Tensile Rate (>400)


Usage: Stable adhesion, good adhesion, good peeling performance, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for fine grain grinding board and surface protection of general refractory materials, etc.


5. high viscosity protective film


Characteristic: Thickness (> 0.05mm + 0.003), Width (< 1.3), High (100-800m), Substrate (PE), Peeling Strength (80-100g/cm), Temperature Resistance (60), Tensile Rate (> 400)


Usage: Stable adhesion, good adhesion, good peeling performance, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for fine grain grinding board, aluminium-plastic board, refractory plastic board, etc.
