Seven Procedures For Bonding Protective Film To Operation
- Sep 27, 2018 -

1, to achieve the best effect, the surface of the material must be clean and dry. It is generally recommended that IPA (isopropyl Alcoho I mercaptan) with a 1:1 ratio of cloth dipped in the water mixture be wiped clean on the surface until the surface is completely dry. (Note: before using IPA, refer to the recommended precautions for this solvent).

2. The protective film is bonded to the surface of the material, and the pressure of about 15psi (1.05kg/cm2) is applied equally by the roller or other means (scraper) to make it bond effectively.

3. Follow the way of protecting film from point to line to surface contact surface. Plastic scrapers or rollers are manually bonded under solid and uniform pressure to ensure that the glue is in contact with the glue when the pressure has been applied to the glue surface to avoid air coating.

4. Remove the protective film from the paper. If in the previous step, ensure that there is no air between the glue and the object to be pasted, and then the material will need to be pasted, the same pressure of 15psi is applied to make it effective paste. If you want to remove bubbles, it is recommended to increase the pressure to the limit of the object. The recommended operating conditions are 15psi, 15 seconds.

5. It is suggested that the ideal construction temperature should be between 15 and 38 degrees Celsius, not less than 10 degrees centigrade.

6. In order to keep the protective film with stable quality, it is suggested that the storage environment should be 5 (Y70 relative humidity) at 21 C.

7. It is suggested that the protective film without substrate should not be re-contacted with the protective film when cutting the edge of the shape to avoid bonding.
