The glue composition of PE protective film is generally divided into oily glue and water-based glue. Generally speaking, oily glue can solve the protection of the surface of most products, and the protection of high-grade and high-gloss products is no problem. Water-based glue can only solve the relatively low requirements of cold plate, iron plate, steel plate and other products. What are the differences between the two kinds of glue? Oil pressure sensitive adhesive has suitable initial adhesion, peeling force and holding force, and is suitable for the production of surface protective adhesive tape of many kinds of protected materials. It has good practical value, fast drying speed, convenient coating and meets the performance requirements of protective film.
In a stainless steel reactor equipped with agitator, reflux condenser, thermometer, feeding flowmeter, dripping device and compressor, the mixed solvent of the prescribed amount is added first, and the temperature is raised to 70-75 C. The monomer is weighed according to the prescription in another container. After mixing, BPO is added to dissolve completely, and 1/3 of the mixed monomer is added into the reactor. When the flow is small, the monomer is added at about 77 C to control the dropping acceleration and reaction temperature, prevent the explosion, keep the reflux normal, keep the reaction stable in the kettle, increase the viscosity gradually, and finish the dropping in 4 ~ 5 hours. After heating up to 80~82 C, 1H can be properly supplemented with a few BPO to drive the reaction completely. When the viscosity is stable, a yellow viscous liquid is cooled down to 40 A to produce the finished product.
B is composed of 20% chlorobenzene solution of isocyanate.

Water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used for surface protection of instrument, color steel plate, aluminum plate, plastic doors and windows, advanced spray, etc. It is a new kind of special surface protection pressure-sensitive material.
In a stainless steel reactor equipped with agitator, reflux condenser, thermometer, dripping device and feeding device, deionized water, emulsifier and pH regulator are added first, then stirred and heated to about 75 C, then 30% mixed monomer is added, and the remaining monomer is added to the high-level dripping device. The ammonium persulfate was dissolved in water and added 20% initiator. After the reflux reaction was normal about 1H, the reflux gradually decreased, and the monomer was added and the amount of initiator was added every 15min. The emulsion polymerization was carried out smoothly at about 80 degrees Celsius. The agitation speed, reaction temperature, dripping acceleration and reaction time were controlled to prevent the aggregation. After about 4 hours of dropping, heating up to 85 C, adding a small amount of ammonium persulfate to complete the reaction, and finally cooling down to 50 ~ C, with ammonia to adjust the pH value of 7.2 ~ 8.5, the reaction is completed.
