Difference Between Shrink Film And Winding Film
- Aug 16, 2018 -

Shrink film is used for sales and transportation of various products. Its main function is to stabilize, cover and protect products. The shrink film must have high puncture resistance, good shrinkage and certain shrinkage stress. During shrinkage, the film can not generate holes. Because the shrink film is often applied to the outside, it is necessary to add UV UV resistant agent.

The winding film, also known as stretch fllm, is made from imported linear polyethylene LLDPE resin and special additives. In China, PVC was used as the base material, DOA as plasticizer and self adhesive to produce PVC winding film. Due to environmental problems, high cost (relatively large PE, less unit packaging area), poor tensile properties and other reasons, when the domestic production of PE stretching film began in 1994-1995, it was gradually eliminated. PE stretching film was first made of EVA as self-adhesive material, but its cost was high and its taste was good. Later, PIB and VLDPE were used as self-adhesive material. The base material is now LLDPE, including C4, C6, C8 and metallocene PE (MPE).

Shrinkage film is to match the use of heat shrinker, the texture is relatively brittle, heat shrinker after the start of the film against the shrinkage, shrinkage film will appear contraction phenomenon, if you operate properly it will look good; winding film texture is relatively soft, is to beat when winding outside.
